Game Pack Idea

So I was thinking recently about how everyone wants spiral staircases but nobody thinks we'll get them because EA wouldn't be able to make a pack out of it. Which led to me thinking up a whole pack that would work really well with spiral staircases.

I see the lighthouses in the maps but they're always unusable and unexplorable. What if we introduced livable lighthouses on useable fishing/boat docks? Spiral staircases are essential for lighthouses. We could also get a career out of that as the person who mans the light. Or you could just hire someone to do it while you live in the house. This would also introduce a need for them to fix the round wall situation, and make those more usable too.

With that, I got to thinking... Paralives has mentioned coming out with the ability to live on and decorate houseboats. I figured Sims could definitely do the same thing. They can be permanently docked boats that never actually move, but are just part of the map, like the lighthouses. Which would give the ability to create a whole new world with a whole new map. 

While we're at it, why don't we also introduce mobile homes, campers and trailer parks on the same map? As someone who lives in a trailer park, I think it would be really fun to decorate and run one of my own. Which would create the business option of trailer park owner! Or you could just rent one lot on it and decorate your own trailer.

Wow is this turning into an expansion pack? Let's go a step further and add a couple more things! Drumkits as individual instruments, AND a special stage that allows you to put multiple instruments on it at once. You can use this stage to rehearse and perform as a band, or hire a band. The stage can come in multiple styles, such as a cheap pile of plywood to put in the garage (since we don't have cars to put in em), or different levels of extravagant styles that you unlock at different fame levels for your career as a band.

What? A whole new career opportunity? It sounds like y'all could make a whole expansion pack out of this stuff... I would be forever grateful. I have a lot more ideas and would give them to you for free. I don't want credit or money, I just want the game to be better

    Just had a whole new thought! I know the maps usually have at least three neighborhoods (with the exception of Spellcasters map), and I only gave ideas for two; an rv/trailer park/mobile home area, and the lighthouse/boathouse/fishing dock area. But what about another area to tie the band and instrument stuff in to make sense? A concert hall with a big extravagant stage with instruments already set up where bands who are like 3 star famous can book concerts at. In the same neighborhood can be like a "guitar center" where bands can go into rented studios to practice.  And maybe a cafe nearby as well. And with the trailer park neighborhood there can also be a regular park lot with maybe a lake in it. Finally, on the fishing doc neighborhood there can also be like a bar or something.
