Give toddlers and babies fun!
Firstly they need to stop making babies an object!! I watched a great video on how they could make babies have two life stages (newborn) and then the slightly older baby stage before becoming a toddle...

I don't think they can but I think that's a mod, because I had little swimming rings for toddlers as well.
Even the TS2 store had functional items for babies.

She created this dancing musical bear, functioning rocking horses, animated bouncers, toddler swings. If it can be done in TS2 by modders, then there's no excuses not to give our toddlers and babies more to life.
