- MP is my entertainment district -- I have Chez Llama (fancy restaurant) there, plus a bowling alley/nightclub, a bar and a small lounge in case I have any entertainer Sims.
- I turned Magnolia Promenade into the wealthiest neighborhood. Even though the lots are small, these sims live in high style with more than they'll ever need.
- RouenSims4 years agoSeasoned AceMine is a weird residential area. I made it like Henford-on-Bagley back before we got Cottage Living, and decided it had been a quiet residential area before it got mostly bought up by developers. Magnolia Promenade is the only area where homeowners weren’t willing to sell out to big business. Weird, but it’s mine. :)
- cyncie4 years agoSeasoned AceI don’t play the retail part of my game, so I usually create extensions of my game world in Newcrest and Magnolia Promenade. Right now, Newcrest is “Mooncrest,” a modern spellcaster/magic town with Magnolia Promenade serving as the town outskirts. Currently there’s an apartment, a haunted graveyard, a Magic Store, and the recently added Noir Club In Magnolia Promenade.
- wildirishbanshee4 years agoSeasoned AceI haven't, the lots are a bit too small. I have the park from the Romance stuff pack in there, a restaurant (Sunny Side Up Diner I think), and I'm not entirely sure what I did with the other two. I hardly ever visit there, unless my sims get invited to something there. It just kind of...exists, in my game right now.
- bshag4lv4 years agoSeasoned AceI made MP in one save, like an industrial district with 2 industrial style lofts, very stylish and a restaurant, stylish and up and coming hot spot. I want my MP to be the trendy neighborhood, and restrictive...only spellcasters and vamps are allowed. :) Kind of the suburb of Forgotten Hollow. :D I ran out of room for my vampires, and I didn't want to move them into say, Willow Creek or Oasis Springs so this neighborhood is just small enough for it to be a special one.

Oh that's what I might do!
None of my sims ever go to MP.
I also wish there were more vacant lots - elizabethjane8184 years agoSeasoned AceOk, here goes:
Johnny is a famous guru. He lives there with his hipster wife, Summer. Their home is very “hippie.”
They are always at the “up and coming” salon (I pretend they own it) where you need at least 2 stars to go and get away from it all (with other celebrities, and hopefully network). Summer has a yoga aspiration and Johnny wants to reach enlightenment.
Elsa and Lucas (plant sim) also live in one of the areas. They are very devoted followers of Johnny Guru. Elsa is always trying to get more followers while Lucas rather talk to plants.
I think the other plot is a hippie outdoor movie theater or a community area (came with Eco pack). - sablesasha4 years agoSeasoned VeteranThat sound really good @imhappy
- SheriSim4 years agoSeasoned AceMine is still residential, I have a bookstore, left the toy store and added to it, and I have a good size mall that can be a nightclub, bowling alley, cafe, small gym ( with a children's play area ), a place to take pictures ( minor studio ), it also has a small/library/ bookstore, a place that has void critter stuff, an arcade, small movie theater, a small music store, a buffet area and a little lecture room. It was one story when I downloaded it, but I made it 3 stories, and it can change to the various lot types. I use the mall lot more than others, it is one of 3 malls I have in the game.
