How often do new townies spawn?
Aside from events like alien night at the bar, how often do townies spawn during everyday play? I don't like culling and I'm worried that if they keep spawning the game will start deleting sims.

For anyone who wants to get rid of hidden strays and ghosts I recommend getting MCCC. It allows you to control how many unnecessary sims your game spawns and you're able to delete them.
