How to reset sims skills, aspirations, etc to zero

I downloaded a sim from gallery that has most of her skilks maxed and most of the aspirations already complete plus already had a job and a club however I would like to start fresh with all this sim but everything set at zero so i can achieve them myself.
Is there a fast way to reset everything at once or do i have to do each one individually and how do i reset everything? Sorry for long explain of things. Thanks in advance.

    The easiest way I can think of is take the sim to CAS, and create a twin. The twin won't have any of that stuff attached.

    I clone them using the cloning machine from GTW but that way is not so easy. Must have a scientist to invent and upgrade that machine.

    Ok making an identical twin didn't work for me it would make a twin but never identical. And so im going try cloning i guess. :/

    If you have MCCC you can have a sim forget all their skills. Use the cheat code cas.fulleditmode to edit the Sims skills you can remove traits too, including traits that have been gained by completing an aspiration.

    um, somehow when I aged up 4 toddlers and two had the normal "C" grade student but the other two are SOMEHOW "F'' students and somehow one of the NOW kids got his aspiration completed and I didn't use a cheats to do ANYTHING! had to exit to the main menu and basically I had to age the kids up again

    Yeah, sometimes I have to click the twin button a few times before they are identical (or I at least think they are). I wonder if making two versions of the same sim have a child in CAS would fare better?

    Also, the IU cheats mod let's you set all the skills to 1 so they go away.

    I'm not sure but you can try MC Command Center mod, I do know that you can reset the skills to 0 with it but not sure about the Aspiration
