I can't be the only one. Any advice

Hello, hope everyone is happy simming.

I just have to say what is going on with my gameplay play I thought it would be corrected upon today's update, that's why I didn't say anything before now, nor am I going to report a bug because it will take five reports with everything that's going on. 

( No mods/cc, I play via PS 5, my console is up-to-date, and I have the recent  8/19 update)

Is it just me, or is anyone else having these issues? Or a guess on how to mainly fix issues one and two. Just to list a few things 

1. I have Sims in the shower and/or bathing, fully clothed, including a hat if they're wearing one while getting in the tub lol, and will not stop bathing despite having a full hygiene bar. I had to cancel the action to make them stop
2.   My male sims have feminine voices despite having their voice set to brass and he/him gender set and all masculine characteristics in CAS.
3.  My current played Sims wife constantly has breakdowns. My sim's wife went from having a fear of being alone, to a midlife crisis, to fear of a dead-end job in under 4 hours of gameplay. Playing out the events to help her overcome these things isn't working, nor does a fear-be-gone potion work.
