The only one truly buggy for me (that I have tried) is the Strangerville plateau. There the dog kept getting stuck in scenery then clipping thru the ground to catch up. I think it's FLAT that counts, not the SIZE. Any flat neighborhood works fine for me.
I have never had a problem with dogs getting stuck. For me the issue is mainly the length of the walks. They just wont get back in a reasonable time and the needs drop.
