I have a couple who’s getting older, both sons are out of the house and they have settled into a smaller place. Just moments before I was ready to move onto another household in my rotation, the family dog died of old age. Abby was the best girl, a beautiful golden retriever. My sims woke up to see her urn and were grieving when I switched households.
Then by the time I was playing them again, they weren’t sad anymore. It was like Abby never existed. It’s pretty sad when your sims aren’t even sad that their dog died. (And now they have a St. Bernard puppy.)
