Where is it?? I play on rotation and I really do not want these neighborhood stories killing my game. I know it is minimal now but they are making plans to make it more complex and I don't want it. ...

I don't know where you saw that but in the code, all of these calles are disabled for toddlers.

Yep, I got that one during the weekend as well. The father of my sim’s toddler called to ask her if he should try for a promotion (more work but also more money and prestige). What made it extra weird apart from the fact that he called this toddler to ask about this, is that he’s a firefighter (which is the reason I haven’t moved him in with them) and I didn’t think npc jobs had the option to get promoted. Now I didn’t have the heart for the tot to not have any faith in her dad, so I had her answer that he should go for it, but now I’m dreading if that decision will affect the likelihood of him staying a firefighter :D
