Since I don't know if others would want this, I made this petition a poll :D At least then the sims team knows if this is something many of us want or really just a handful.I, personally, don't want to see Nancy Landgraab or worse yet my OWN sims strolling around Mt.Komorebi unless they a) live there or b) are staying at a rental there.I have this sim for example who's supposed to go back to Mt. Komorebi to rediscover her ancestry, except ... her family keeps showing up there when I visit with other sims. Sort of breaks the whole "mother hasn't been back there in years" part of the story. I find this just as annoying as the random sims that came to the Magic Realms and suddenly all became spellcaster.So petition: please Sims team, if enough people want this, can you use whatever Sulani magic you used, and restrict sims in Mt. Komorebi to:- Komorebi residents- Sims that could be from a surrounding village (name/ethnicity-wise)- Sims staying at rentals- Randomly created new sims Please vote yes if you want this, no if you don't want this (feel free to explain why), don't care if you .. don't care :D

I'm a rotational player, and I love seeing Sims I'm not currently playing in other neighborhoods. I also like seeing the familiar Sims I don't play.

Yes I completely understand where you're coming from. Is this something you'd want to see more in Sulani as well then? I think for me if the place feels far away, like Japan/Paradise, then I find it hard to believe that my Brindleton sims just regularly hang out there :(

Maybe add some kind of limited access option for players to choose which, or how many sims can be in each neighborhood? I personally love how busy & active the ski area is, and wish more of my non-resident sims would show up in Sulani (but not that many more). But I can see what you're saying. I want Forgotten Hollow to be a quiet, isolated place, but it's hard to get that vibe when random sims keep strolling through. (I haven't played that town in a while, so I don't know if it's still like that)

Yes, I would like to restrict some sims to certain worlds. I like the ability to travel between the worlds but I'd like to be able to set limits on who shows up uninvited in which world.

Honestly yes yes and yes. I have a mod that does this and it really makes the game more immersive.
Like I put all islanders in Sulani and now no one but islanders in traditional clothes walk by or engage in community lots. It feels wonderful lol
Vlad does not belong on the beach building sand castles.
Some kind of toggle would be nice because there are instances when I may want various sims to show up ?

I delete all the Maxis Sims anyway and like seeing my Sims around as it is easier to make friends with residents I know. Otherwise don't care if Simmers are given a choice on it.

I do find it annoying how every Sim is found in every world I placed the Sims I want in each world for a reason. Now like you said Sims vacationing being in the world makes sense seeing them there. Sadly some of the worlds are just so small you would see the same Sims over and over unless your game is spawning endless townies which is gross. If only every world was a decent size so that having the world populated by the Sims actually living there would make sense but they should at least be the most seen.

Perfect solution for me is the Town Life survey mayor option so I can connect the worlds I see fit like I'd make Willow Creek, Magnolia Promenade and Newcrest connected so that the Sims living in those worlds would be seen more often and others would be tourist or simply not appear as often.

Yes, please, and I'd like this to extent to Sulani (as it used to be), Strangerville and Oasis Springs, too! My sims live in Michigan/USA and Ontario/Canada. It breaks immersion if all of Detroit decides to take a vacation in the same little town at the same time.

Lol isn't she ? I also didn't like the Strangerville sims hanging out at my new restaurant. Although, with everything that's been going on in that town, I can see why they drove as far away as they could to have dinner xD

I like to encounter most of my sims in all of the worlds and don't like the idea that certain places are "foreign." It makes things feel too small.

Funnily enough, in real life, I actually ran into someone from my high school on the other side of the world in the street. I was shocked, but it happens :D.

I fear that this kind of coding leads to terrible bugs a la Sulani, e g. that you can't invite Nancy Landgraab to your party. Additionally, I'm in the 10th generation and no premade is alive.
