Question about Lovestruck

So, I see that Lovestruck is 50% off again. I decided to pass on it when it was first released because everything I had read about the romantic satisfaction mechanic was off-putting to me.

So, my question is: Is there a pack setting that allows you to disable romantic satisfaction?

If so, I'll consider getting it. If not, then I'll pass again until such a feature becomes available. I'm on console, so I can't mod romantic satisfaction out of existence. I basically just want the thing for the CAS items, BB items, and the included world. The romance mechanics however, I can do without.
