I'd really like it if this was added back. Sim teens get mad at parents for being grounding or they are told they can't see their boy/girlfriend anymore, so they run away from home. This happened a couple of times in the Sims 2 when the relationship with the parents was poor. I'd also like it if we could take their phones away, not just their gaming capabilities. I am hoping this is as fleshed out as the Vampire pack was.

I'm not sure if they've added it as a punishment in this pack, but I'd definitely use it if it was there, because it's one of the things a modern kid would miss the most. Running away sounds interesting, but I've never had it happen in any of my Sims 2 games, so I don't really know if I'd want it in Sims 4. What I'd really want to experience is teens and children breaking curfew and sneaking out and then dealing with the consequences once they're home if their parents have found out about it. Hopefully that's in, we'll see soon.

no i fully disagree for the main reason that i do not went the sims4 to copy sims2

Taking away phones and running away are good ideas. The more choices we have, the better.

I think that its good to have punishments for teens, but I don't like the phones being taken away idea nor the running away. I think that I would like to see computers taken away, privileges.....watching tv, hanging with friends, and being able to stay up late.....being taken away. Also if a teen does something to warrant a disciplinary action when someone calls to invite them somewhere, that they ought to add in the options "I can't, Mom wont let me".

In my opinion, the more options, the better...
I like the idea of having teens break curfew or the choice to run away. It would allow some great storylines in many legacies/sim stories. Plus, I really like the idea of removing privileges like taking away computers, phones, tablets, tv, etc. :)

I feel as though running away is not an option cause teens can't have a house by themselves. You have to trick the game by bringing them in from the gallery/your library in order for them to have a place of their own......if I remember correctly. So what would running away do? They would run away for, what? A couple of hours......a day? Then come home? The point of having this option would be to have those kinds of stories where the teen was kicked out/had run away to start their own life somewhere else. Therefore the family bond broken.....drama ensues beyond that. I just don't think its needed really.

That would be awesome in my opinion! I would like more rebellious options for my game. It would add some spark into my game. :smile:

Teens can live on their own. In Sims 2, when they ran away you couldn't play them anymore
