I've noticed they are letting the need bar go beyond normal, they're ready to pass out on the floor before they head somewhere to nap. I made sure to assign them beds, made sure the path isn't blocked, made sure to force them to sleep there at least once. On their own, they won't sleep. If I tell them to, then yes they will. But the issue is I'm not always paying attention and I play large houses. Part of my playing depends on them managing some of their needs on their own.
