TELESCOPES

Heck with how much space they take up...they're ugly as all get out. This may help http://modthesims.info/d/552017 it's what I use in my game, still has the sounds but eh it's better that looking at the hulking thing that just doesn't FIT anywhere.

As far as my knowledge goes, telescopes come in one size in TS4. :( I wish there was a standard sized one like in previous games too.

I'd echo previous comments; why on earth they made the telescope and the microscope so big, boggles the mind. I like the idea of placing them in parks, I made a science park lot in one of my saves with the microscope, telescope, apollo rocket and chess games etc; my sims could visiit anytime for skill building and chat with the neighbours at the same time. :smile:

The HUGE telescope/observatory and MACRO microscope belong on community lots. There really should be smaller ones for smaller residential lots, for less simoleons. By the way, shouldn't this be under feedback or ideas?

I have an Arts and Science Center that has all sorts of skill-building items, including two telescopes and one microscope. I send my entire family there and they can all build skills while I keep tabs on them. I need to tweak it a bit then reupload.

Less Simoleons, and you don't get the space prints/microscope prints like you do the larger versions. :)

There was a twitter post from Grant a while back that mentioned small telescopes being possible. Not saying it will happen, but the gurus have thought about this :smile:. I'd love smaller ones as well. I never use them for logic which is sad because I always used to in past games.
