toggle off all occult sims

Hello - if this is a repeat discussion - I apologize!  I did a search and various ones came up....

I would like to see a toggle switch that I can toggle to keep Occult sims strictly to their world, unless I choose to have them in every world. 

Witches and Fairies are every where since the Enchanted by Nature was released.  While there is some aspects of each pack that I like, I would still like to contain certain aspects to its own world.
