Want to run your own Nightclub? This is how:
1) Build the nightclub, as normal.
2) Change it to Retail & place a till & drinks/food vending machine, or whatever else you would like to sell there.
3) Hire Staff.
4) Hire a Mixologist and DJ.
5) Open the club.
6) The mixologist will make a bunch of drinks that will just sit on the counter. If he doesn't, ask him to make drinks, but don't drink them.
7) Set those drinks 'For Sale' and place them on a counter, rack or wherever you choose.
8) Hints: don't put tv's, stereos or games in other rooms than the bar/club area - it will draw the crowd away from where they need to be. I found it best to place the tv's behind the bar.
9) Customers will order drinks, dance to the DJ, buy the 'For Sale' drinks, and generally behave as if they are in a nightclub.
