Which traits are so disappointing that it's not worth using them?

I mean traits that just don't do what reasonably should be expected of them to do.  For example the lazy trait. It just gives sims a negative moodlet while they actively do things, but does not prev...

Evil. Even an evil sim will autonomously be very polite and nice to other sims, especially when it's an NPC possessing the trait. Same with mean. I want mean sims to actually be mean, and evil sims to be even worse. I mean what is the point with them otherwise?

I do feel that mean sims are pretty mean. When I had a sim marry a mean spouse, and they had kids, I had to run interference to keep her away from them. Otherwise, she was just verbally abusing the kids all day long.
