[1.118] Inventories, fridges, bookshelves all empty on loading household

    Hi all,

    We've confirmed that the newly reported issue of items disappearing from inventory is related to outdated mods. To resolve the issue, please update your mods & load a previous save of your save file to recover your items.

  • At which point do they disappear ? When travelling with the Sim ? Loading into the game ?
  • Does it happen to all Sims or only certain ones ?

items had disappeared when I loaded into my  lot everything was gone apart from fairy dust and horse riding trophies all harvestables, birth handprints trophies from chess club in high school, knitting objects/items that were listed in plopsy

items also disappeared when I traveled to the library in willow creek but the fairy dust remained 

kkqueenlol2​ i am also upset this is my second gen so had a lot of stuff in there, was going rags to riches and lost all her produce

      crinrict this is the one thing I absolutely despise about you. They've cleared stated they don't play modded. 3 times and you continue to ask at times it feels you're not even listening to what they are saying here.

      It's happened to me as well. I unfortunately had the pleasure of having my sim be ruined because I had a robotic arm equipped and climbing gear before the update. Now When I travel after using CC to fix it. The robot arm is forced back onto my sim and I have to continuously remove all buffs to get it off since the option to remove it is gone.

      All pictures and paintings were ruined

      All fridge inventory is gone.

      The only thing you get to keep after moving areas is fairy dust, adventure items, or upgrade parts.

      That's it. EA has absolutely ruined 200+ hours of play time in this save file with this update. And it's a **bleep**ing joke.

        I've fixed a portion of this issue with the robo arm and climbing gear getting stuck by removing the buffs. Buying new climbing gear putting it on and taking it off then throwing it out. Doing the same with the robo arms but the inventory stuff is still happening otherwise.
