all my skills, relationships etc disappeared URGENT

hey, i just wanna know if someone has the same issue after updating the new version. it started when i download new pack from the fall sale, when i opened the game, created sim and wanted to play as ...

i have the exact same problem, i lost all of my sims traits, relationships, clubs. the family was only 1 sim but its in my 4 yo legacy challenge save. it also happened when i made a new save, the parents didnt know their child (i just made them in cas). i have no mods installed as of then and now.
