Bug with male sims bodies

My male sims in all my game keep turning skinny all of the sudden when selected, getting onto CAS or simply spawning on the map, although on the miniature they look as i made them and i can´t change anything of their body back, even with presets . I don´t know whats causing this cause i updated all my mods.
