Can't play the game

beatrice0829 Please answer these things so I can get you to the right kind of support:
FIRST: Do a new-user-folder test:
- Rename the "The Sims 4" folder that Mods and Saves are inside of. (I find it helps me to keep organized if I also drag it to the desktop.)
- Start the game.
- Try to start a NEW save. Does that work?
If it works:
- Load your previous save.
- Try to load a household you never loaded before. Does that work?
- Now try to load your usual household. Does that work?
SECOND: Are you on Mac or PC?
