Can't see Nordhaven at all. Can't register business.

Just purchased Business' & Hobbies and am having issues. Can't see the Nordhaven world at all. Just a white screen. Can't register my business at all. Please help.

    are you using mods/cc ? White screen on new worlds is usually cause of TOOL. It needs to be updated.

The latest TOOL is listed as broken specifically for the new pack in Broken/Updated Mods & CC

It always needs an update when there's a new world.

How do I fix the TOOL issue? I keep seeing that it's the cause but I do not see how to do so. Help!
