CAS Mods work, but build mods don't.. help!

Hi! I am hoping someone sees this soon and can help. Since the last update, when I play the game, all of my CAS mods work just fine while playing & creating, my build mods work in game mode, but when I go to build something else, none of my build mods show up in build mode. Any ideas on how to fix this? I did the 50/50 thing. Didn't help. Tried deleting the Cashe. Didn't work. Deleted a mod I thought was the culprit, didn't work. I have everything enabled and have tried to disable/enable them, and have restarted the game a few times. I've restarted my computer (MAC)... does anyone know of anything else I can do?!? Driving me crazy. TIA!
