CC Furniture showed in catalogue, but not in gameplay

Hello everyone, as you can see this piece of furniture doesn't show up in game, but it's successfully installed and shown in the catalogue, mind you this happens to only some of the furniture that I have, some pieces might even totally glitch, even though they are all up to date, and, thankfully, I haven't updated my game ever since the marketplace update, so I wouldn't be blaming that update. Any clue how I can figure out the reason behind this?
