Hi, i am having trouble with my animal sims. i created a two cats of my own and i added some paint onto one of them to make it more realistic to my actual cats irl. i realized i had some glitchy mods so i went to go replace them and when i re-opened my game, one of the cats were completely black (he's a beige/tan cat). i'm not sure what this is and i removed ALL of my mods including my cc. i opened and closed my game too many times to count, as well as to create a whole new save with the same sims. i restarted my game and it still happened. i looked up some solutions but i'm still a bit confused on how to fix it and this is the first this issue has ever occurred to me.
From other reports, this isn't a CC issue. It's happening to players with no mods and on consoles. The only way to fix it is to not use painted pets. Every last one will break.
