Corrupted save file
Not sure if its a trait or something added to the tray but even tested vanilla (with only mccc) it still gave me an exception when i go to manage employee tasks. i added a mod or something to my tray...

ChrissyJayy What you're seeing there (in that image) is the effect of a broken mod. It has nothing to do with the Tray files.
Start at Broken/Updated Mods & CC and Previously Broken , but please note that there are UI modders who are not covered here for various reasons. And see the section in How to Use Mods and CC on how to test your Mods folder.
