Error code 123: 259a6556: 5e24aec7

That was the correct save to test, as it was my main game. After deleting the scratch folders, my households still will not load.

Other than my saves, I put in my mods and tray folder when I reinstalled the game, as I didn't want to lose those three things. If these folders aren't what's affecting my game, I'm not sure what the problem is, as this is the only thing I did after reinstalling the game. 

you need to remove your mods. This forum is only for vanilla tests. If you need help with your mods, please post in the mods forum. I'm not looking into mod issues. it's most likely your mods as the save is fine.

There's resources sticked you can use to find out which mods are outdated.

The game is magically working without them; I should have guessed that. Thanks for your assistance
I will update them and post elsewhere if I have issues. 

This has been going on for months and idk if its just me or what, but anytime i make a family to move into a house the whole house disappears and my family disappears. I get the error code 123:259a6556:5e24aec7 . I play with mods and i thought deleting and disabling them would help but it does nothing. please fix this.

dreye2smijc5​ Do you have mods? Most likely this means that you have outdated mods preventing household loading. A LOT of script mods, in particular, broke in the August patch, and household loading is the main symptom.  Use the Previously Broken mods and CC for many (not all!) mods that have no updates. Use “Updated” in the Broken/Updated Mods list for patch 1.117, but note many are not yet updated or cleared in the current list

When i try to make a new sim and place them on a plot, everything goes well until the loading screen ends and a message pops up saying i need to relaunch my game. I relaunched a lot of times but the same message pops up. code error- 123:259a6556:d7e4832a

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Please also provide any LastException files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
