High school expansion
I recently bought it, but it doesn't show me a message to go to school with the sim.

Is this happening every time they go to school? Does this happen with other households also? Try testing to see if the same thing occurs with another household also.
Also, if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
