I can't find the wrongfully shown "unused pack" item showing in Gallery

Hello everyone,

Some of us experience the issue of seeing a pack sign (on our families) that we didn't use, when we save them to the Gallery. I learned that some items from the base pack can get new swatches after buying a new pack. So, the gallery may not show the new swatches of a base item, despite showing that a certain pack is used.

Anyway, one of my family members shows the Seasons sign. I removed everything from her, even her hair, her make-up, etc. I even changed her facial features. But she still shows the Seasons sign. Screenshots are attached. (ID: simsilarity / Sim name: Kumru)

Why do you think it happens?

    @simsilarity I took a look at your Sim and I couldn't find out what's causing the Season icon either.

    I tried aging the Sim down to child which removed the tag but as soon as I aged them back up, the tag was back.

    I haven't tried aging them in the game though, just in CAS. Maybe you could try if that does anything for you.

    Also if you're not opposed to third party tools, you can try tray importer although I'm not sure if that just shows cc or also lets you know what stuff was used on the Sim from the game.
