Infinite loading screen when trying to enter Ophelia Villa
This can happen with gallery lots, but it had never happened with a premade lot from the game. Is it possible for lots to become corrupted?

Infinite loading isn't usually about a corrupted lot. It's about your mods - either mods being removed (if it's a household you played before) or mods that are just broken.
