Inventory Bug Impacting Game

I just bought the Business and Hobbies expansion pack ON TOP of the newest update for the Sims 4, and as soon as I open my sims inventory it bugs out. I can't go to build mode, manage worlds, open certain tabs like the social bar and needs, and other things I'm sure. But it's completely fine UNTIL I open the inventory??

I know this is a CC problem. Ive already tried disabling it and restarted the game to see if the personal inventory menu still has the bug; its gone, and when I enable CC back on, it comes back.

Again, CC Issue. Anyone know what could suddenly counteracting with the update/business and hobbies expansion? I will continue to work through my mod folder and figure it out if there's no answer. I'll let you know what I figure out.
