Hi!
I've had issues with these two packs, I can't enter the worlds from those packs and I can't use the features...
When I try to enter the worlds the screen goes all white and I have to force quit the game :(
Cupids Corner doesn't work from the Lovestruck pack either, I get a notification on the wall for it and when I click it nothing happens and I can't find it in the game.
Does anyone else have these problems?
Everything else works in the game!!
If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issues remain without mods/cc there.
If the issue with the white screen still occurs, and you have residential rentals in your game, this thread may refer to the issue

If you don’t have residential rentals in your game, try resetting your sims 4 folder and test in a new save game and see if the issues remain.

BenedicteB97 Another thing it could be is an incomplete installation. So, try running a game repair in the App.

I have tried this, sadly it didn't work! :(
It worked removing all my mods/CC from the game, but how do I figure out what mod or CC that creates the error? I can't play without them 😂
I don't have that T.O.O.L mod installed so I know it's not that one that does it :(
