[MOD RELATED] Items disappearing from inventories, fridges, bookshelves

Hey, I'm having a problem with The Sims 4. After updating, items are disappearing from my inventory. Mods are disabled. I thought the update should fixes bugs, not creates new ones. XD title edited...

    Hi all,

    We've confirmed that the newly reported issue of items disappearing from inventory is related to outdated mods. To resolve the issue, please update your mods & load a previous save of your save file to recover your items.

I've updated the mods and I have tried playing without the mods and none of the previous saves have an inventory or allow me to use the refrigerator. Homework for the sims is also missing which is base game so I'm really confused
