Hey y'all,
Since I updated my game (10/31/2023) any new mods I add aren't showing up. I went to make sure the script mods are toggled on in settings but for some reason anything new I add like hairs, MCC, UI Cheats, etc. just aren't in my game but I can see them in my mods folder. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

It must be the mods folder the game created.

Hi @spaventi12 So, if those are in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods or ONLY one folder deeper (not more), delete the file called localthumbcache from The Sims 4 folder and when you restart the game, check your Options under Other. First also make sure that you don't have OneDrive syncing your folders.
Thanks for answering, I'll definitely try that but how do I check if my OneDrive is syncing my folders?
Good question! I deleted OneDrive a long time ago (I do all my backup manually), so this is something I have to rely on the the internet for.
One this to do is to look at the full path for your Documents folder: whether it's in C://User/[your_username] or in C://User/[your_username]/OneDrive.
Another is to open Settings > Backup > Manage Backup and see what it says under Documents.
