My sim can't sleep or nap anywhere

I know there are already complaints about this but the thread I found was shut down so I'm bringing this up again. For one AND ONLY ONE of my sims, the sleep and nap options don't show up. On beds or couches. I've replaced the bed and they just don't show up. I am aware this is likely a mod related issue, but this didn't show up until I got onto a new save. It's not a factor of whether there is something blocking the way, because even if there was, the sleep and nap option would still have shown up in the pie menu.

I am always terrified of messing with anything mod related because I don't want it to break and corrupt or break my saves. Especially considering I'm not the only person with saves on this computer. Please explain in detail how to fix this, because I would prefer to not have to delete any mods.
