need help with downloading my custom content and mods into my sims 4 game

My custom content and mods are not working in my sims 4 game at all and I'm needing to find help on how to work them into my game. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. I need help on how to upload the custom content I downloaded and the mods I have for my sims 4 game. Nothing seems to be working for me at all. I haven't had any problems with my mods or custom content before now since my computer was updated to windows 11 nothing seems to be working with my sims 4 or my custom content and mods/

      I already tried that it didn’t help me with my issue. Nothing ever helps with any of my issues.

        Post over there with details about how this isn't working for you, and include a screenshot of your Mods folder with the full file patch.

    Did you go to system settings and click on the sims 4 installed on your windows, if you did right click on the subfolders and you will see electronics arts, click that find Mods folder. Once there check if there is a package folder, if not, create one. After that is done place all downloaded contents in there once they have been extracted.

        I already did that. It still won’t work on my computer. Nothing is even coming up on my mods or custom content.
