Note to New Players Experiencing Problems

I am noticing quite a few new players posting and thought I would post some helpful info incase you haven't seen posts like this before.

• If you haven't opened your game yet, don't! Go into your EA folder-->Sims--->Saves. Copy everything from your saves and back it up somewhere else (e.g. your desktop, online drive, or external hard drive). This will preserve your data pre-update. 
• If you HAVE gone into your game or do choose to go into your game, whatever you do, DO NOT save your game if you are missing content or experiencing issues. If you haven't saved anything after the update, do the same as above.
• If you do have access to your game and you want to play, I highly suggest not touching your current saves, start a new save until all issues are confirmed fixed. This can be a good time to build without CC and if you like anything you have built, you can save it to your gallery to then place in a save you are actively playing when things are fixed.
• If you do not have access to the game and want to play, move everything out of your mods folder and you will have access, just without CC/Mods. I recommend doing the above mentioned in this case.
