Owned Businesses -- Restaurant Panel NOT Working

Hi! I'm having an issue where when I click on owned businesses and try to purchase a restaurant, this shows up. Without mods, it works fine, but with all my mods, it doesn't work, and I tried to use MC last expectation to find the issue mod, but I'm not having any luck.
