Pack are not included even tho they are downloaded

So i have packs and now my game does not load any of them to the game. It says you dont have these packs even tho i have and i have downloaded them all and my ea says i have them downloaded. I tried ...

Check Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection.

If you can't get to the Marketplace, remove any mods that you have for main menu changes or hiding the Marketplace.
