I didn't add any sims, since I had not played with this specific Household. The save file is new and the only thing was giving him and other townies makeovers.
I was playing just now in game, so I tried entering CAS and save the household to my library again, despite the message errors. I noticed that after I save the Household, I can upload it to the Gallery through my private library. I did the same thing with both Mods enabled and disabled.
I'm not sure what is setting off the flagging warning, but it definitely comes from within CAS (I don't use custom content on any Sims).

@KiranSims I started a new save and didn't change anything, Took Vlad to CAS through the household manager.
Can't upload to the gallery cause name to long
When saving to the library I get the warning of disallowed words and that I can't upload to the gallery this way. I can upload him with the name being too long anyways as you say from there
If I try to upload to the gallery directly, I still get the error even if I make the name shorter in the upload dialog. Seems like that change doesn't save or something
I then left CAS and changed the household name in the household manager (removed Count). After that I was able to upload him to the gallery directly - @crinrict I updated my game to the latest patch with version 1.79.93.1230 and went in game to try re-uploading the household to the Gallery and it worked! I can't be sure if it fixed it completely but I didn't get any message errors while uploading from CAS to the Gallery. Hopefully it won't happen again. 🙂
Thank you for your help, it was really nice of you.
Happy gaming to you too!

I got the error message, too, but it let me upload him.
