with the new update for sims 4 my build mode is glitched out, i can’t see any objects as there is a filter on but i can’t see what the filter is. i can’t click the filter off and i’ve tried repairing my game, i don’t know what to do and desperately need help!
i also do use mods and cc
I've done the 50/50 and even taken everything out of the mod folder, done repair and then rolled back on the save files.
Nothing seems to work. Practically nothing can be loaded from buy mode and this all started with the last update.
Everything was working fine till then.
@rorsdors Is it all CC doing this, when you're testing individual files? Or have you just not narrowed it down to which (plural) CC items? It's very possible that there are multiple CC items doing this.
Don't know, thought I'd found the cc then when I loaded the game up the problem reappeared even though I'm using an earlier save. I'll have to start again, but very frustrating. I hate the updates.
@rorsdors Sounds like you might have additional CC causing it. Make sure as well that you're in the right place, in case something on your computer duplicated your mods folder: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/ And be sure to delete the localthumbcache file.
