I've deleted all of the LastException files I had, 9 in total. 

Unfortunately, trying to load the household did not yield new LastExceptions. The latest exception is from 12/27, the night prior to experiencing the issue. 

I did toy around with the household and I think one of my sims in the household is the issue. With the one sim that was on a community lot, I traveled to various other community lots with individual members of the household (5 in total) and the lots loaded fine. When I attempted to travel with one of them, the mom, the spinning resumed. I rebooted the game, traveled to a different community lot, used the option to force the mom sim to the lot, left her there, and had the other sim travel to the household home. I saved a file where the mom was at the park and another where she was home. The first one loaded, the second did not. Using the first one, I brought the mom home, attempted to have her travel to a community lot, and the spinning resumed. 

Would there be a way to upload the household file as the bug? If so, how can I find it? And, should I submit that last exception from 12/27?
