Ok so, I just recently installed the new expansion pack: island living and after that when my sim is in game she has these weird white rectangles on her, and it’s only her and not her husband. Idk if it has to do with any kind of custom content glitch but it’s really annoying, and also the icons in cas some of the icons are white and I can’t see the item!
Trying taking off all of your cc makeup and head jewelry. That fixed it for me.

Just try to remove all of your cc and then add it back on one by one. I hope I explained it well. That's how I figured out all of my makeup and head jewelry cc was glitching.
(I hope this gets fixed soon. The base game makeup is so ugly.) Good luck!
Mine to! Teenage and and both young and adult sims have it. But the guys don't. It's starting to frustrate me. I've reinstalled and updated all my cc and mods but oh no! Peek a boo! Its still there! is there a way to fix this? It's getting annoying to look at.
