it has to do with the Mod that Cakes and stuff show up at baking instead of cooking.
if you take that out, your recipes will be there.

I don't have that mod.... and also they do show up under cook but only cook with not cook by itself option.
- @mo5na I'm not using a mod either. Mine was missing for awhile, but is now showing up.
I have this problem too. No pie show up when I select “cook”. Although, it does show up when I select “cook together”
- @Gabuciooo For OP it was a mod. I'm not sure which one though.
Are you using any ? Have you tested without ?

It was the only food mod I had in my game, soon as I removed it the Chocolate Pie popped right up on my Cook menu
