Technically yes but you would have to cheat back all of the progress, relationships, skills etc if the version you have in the gallery was made just as you created them. MCCC and UIcheats are helpful for cheating lost progress.
Both MCCC and UI cheats are free mods which you can download. You can search deaderpool mccc and I believe the creator of UI cheats is called something like weerbesu.
MCCC can be a little confusing to get into but there is a dedicated discord that you can use to ask for help on specific things which should be linked on the website for the MCCC download.
UI cheats allows you to edit statistics like skills, relationships, and allow you to immediatly complete tasks (eg an aspiration goal or daily career task) by right clicking on the bar (for relationships) or the dialogue box of the task etc.
