I'm getting this 100% of the time with the world that comes with High School Years when Mods & CC are included
CURRENT GAME VERSION - Latest
EXPANSION PACKS & GAME PACKS & OTHER STUFF INSTALLED - All except Vampires, Werewolves, Dream Home Decorator
LANGUAGE - English
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE BUG OCCURS - The screen stays white on the map
WHAT DO I EXPECT TO SEE - The world
MODS & CC?? - Yes
LATEST WINDOWS UPDATE - Today

What do you expect to see? To access to a world, lot,etc..
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?

I have the update 1.63.134.1020 and when I load a new family, and go to the map, it remains in white all the time. What I can do?
