I have been testing this tonight with the Band-Aid mod. All of the CC that sparks the error has been set to "Allow for Random Sims". I batch fixed CC that caused the error and put it back in, the next time the error did not pop up. I am not a coding expert, but this seems like it could be connected.
Has anyone tried batch fixing all of their CC to Disallow for Random?
I batch fixed all my cas cc and after that my game works perfect. But I think the tags messing with saves are fashion rarity ones, introduced to game with HSY pack. Batch fix from sims4studio removes them.
Thank you for posting this! It lead me to fixing my game (I think. 99% sure.) I searched for the Band-aid Mod and after watching this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPklyY_vuTI) I learned that it could be an issue with CC and Trendi. I didn't want to go through the whole procedure yet, as it does look like a lot of work, especially if that wasn't my issue. So what I did was I removed all my CC that was clothing related (Fortunately I categorize all my mods based on what they are) and it worked!
I loaded my game and went into a family with an infant and a child about to age up. I aged them up and then went into CAS and they were still aged up! I exited and it was still the same day! I saved and then restarted my game and it was all still there. Now I just need to use the BAnd-aid mod, cause I still want my clothing mod, but I was able to play today!
Not saying this will work for everyone, but it did work for me, so thank you very much!
You don't actually have to remove all cas cc. Only items made after HSY pack are affected. So anything made before 26th of July or 27th of July or whenever the HSY update was, have new fashion rarity tags. What I do now, after downloading new cas cc, I run batch fix because I don't know if all creators are aware of the issue with trendi tags.
