I found this mod to be the culprit:

 xRedRidingCat_StopGrowlingDFDefault.package 

After I removed it I was able to edit my infants/ they were no longer stretched.

    I don’t have this so is there a solution? I removed all my eye CC and it didn’t fix this issue ☹️ my infant has soulless black eyes and I hate it. I can’t play like this…..

    I also have a baby rug that appeared out of no where and the game won’t let me delete it or move it or anything and doesn’t go with none of the furniture in the room…..
