@dandel1ons I don't know if I've actually found the problem or solution, but I *think* I did figure out that it was caused by editing the sim or household through MCCC only.  Since I've only been going to CAS through Manage Households or by shift clicking on the sim and selecting "Modify in CAS", I haven't had this issue happen again.
