@Ally_Plays7927  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  What is the full file path to the Electronic Arts folder?  In Windows, you can right-click the folder and select Properties > General, and the file path will show under Location.  In macOS, right-click the folder and select Get Info, then look under Where?

In either case, please compare that file path to the one Sims 4 is using, which you can see in-game:

If the file paths are different, that's the issue: you're looking for the Sims 4 folder in the wrong place.
